Our appointments, lasting one hour, offer a personalized experience. Prior to your appointment, provide a shortlist of dresses for reference. You're not confined to these choices, but it helps us begin the selection process.
Each child is allowed a maximum of 2 appointments: one for decision-making and another for collection and accessorizing if necessary. Additional appointments are charged at £30 per hour. Due to limited space, a maximum of 2 adults can accompany each child, and the dressing room, located upstairs, may not be suitable for those unable to climb stairs unaided. Please avoid bringing younger siblings when possible.
For ordered dresses, choose between delivery or schedule a fitting appointment for collection.
If after your appointment you are undecided, a 50% deposit holds the dress for up to 5 days, with a maximum of 2 dresses per deposit. Full payment is required before taking the dress.
Refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days for in-store purchases but not for ordered, made-to-order, or sale dresses. We keep records of schools/churches to prevent duplicate dresses for your daughter's Communion.
Notify us in advance if you can't make an appointment, allowing us to offer the slot to someone else.
Appointments ensure exclusivity and privacy, offering one-to-one attention that lasts approximately 60 minutes.
