Returns and Refunds Policy for Stock First Communion Dresses

Communion Angels (www.firstholycommunionday.co.uk) is pleased to offer a refund on your purchase within 14 days of delivery, excluding sale dresses. The responsibility for returning items rests with the customer, and any associated costs are to be borne by them.

Please note that postage and packing charges are considered a separate contract and are non-refundable after the 14-day money-back policy period.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.

Ordering Details:

All items are subject to availability.

Stock Communion Dresses are stocked and shipped by First Holy Communion Day.

Drop Ship Dresses are shipped directly from the designer.

Daily stock monitoring is conducted, and customers will be notified of unavailability, with alternative options if needed.

Limits apply to the number of items per order. (2 dresses per order)

Each Communion dress has a specific size chart for reference.

Dresses are dispatched as received, and creases will naturally fall out after hanging in a warm room.

Availability and Out-of-Stock Orders:
First Communion Day is not liable for out-of-stock items but will communicate estimated delivery dates and offer cancellation or wait options.

Dispatch Details:
In-stock dresses are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Special Delivery is recommended for prompt dress delivery.

Delivery times depend on the chosen postage method and location.

Special Delivery Instructions:
Requested alternative delivery addresses are honoured at the customer's risk.

Orders with delivery to non-residential addresses will be rejected.

Redelivery Instructions:
Liability for redelivery is limited if non-signature service or written instructions are provided.

Customers are responsible for processing carrier claims for lost or damaged items.

Upon Order Arrival:
Verify the received items against the order.

Do not discard tags or packaging.

Report any issues within 3 days of receipt.

Faulty Products:
Notify within 3 days of receipt for faulty products.

Exchange for an identical replacement if available, with notification and return within 14 days.

No refund or exchange after 14 days.

Returns - 14 Day No Quibble Returns Policy on "STOCK" Items:

Full refund minus postage for returned stock items.

Follow specified steps for returns, including obtaining a Returns authorization number.

Crediting Your Account:
Refunds processed within 10 business days after receiving merchandise.

Allow up to 28 days for credit card companies to process refunds.

Cancellation of an Order:
Must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.

Reserve a Communion Dress:
Requires a 50% non-refundable initial payment.

Full payment required for the dress is dispatched.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits for changed preferences.

Pre-Order Communion Dress:
Made-to-order dresses are non-returnable except for faulty goods.

Delivery may take 6-16 weeks.

Pre-Order Made to Measure Communion Dress:
Measurements provided should be accurate.

Not responsible for measurements taken by third parties.

Made-to-Order Communion Wear:
Expect variations in colour and embellishments.

Non-returnable unless faulty.

Pre-Order Communion Shoes:
Limited stock and sizes available.

Pre-ordered shoes are non-returnable.

Dress Alterations:
Separate service not included in the dress price. We do not offer an alteration service but can recommend local seamstresses.

One Dress Per School/Church Policy:
Efforts made to avoid selling the same dress to the same mass.

No guarantee against others purchasing the same dress from different stockists.
